The scan of this SUCKS. I don't think I've ever seen one of my scans kill a piece of art so much. I need a new scanner
Anyway, here's the head of a Red Tailed Hawk that I just quickly drew. I did this for someone very dear to me, and needed to finish this before 3, so I did it just in time.
Sorry I haven't been uploading much lately, I've been both busy and lazy.
This would have came out better if I hadnt rushed it...
oh well.
if thats botched up...geez...i cant imagine how amazing the real one must be! This is probably some of the best shading iv seen in a VERY long time. its just so perfect...i bet it took a while. this is just excellent job

If that's a bad-quality scan, the original must be hellamazing. Not that this already isn't... excellent job on the shading and the feathers above the eye, as well as the beak! I think you could've put more detail into the eye, but this may be a complication that arose because of how allegedly bad your scan went. Speaking of which, if you ever get a better quality, I'd love to see!
